Recommended e.g. for removal and installation with the internal spring tensioner - KL-0033-10 E. The hold-down is inserted between the upper axle guide and the vehicle body and slightly pretensioned. This now holds the wheel suspension in its current position while the suspension spring is being tensioned, which reduces the required tensioning travel and makes the removal of the suspension spring much easier.
