Pressurized Used Oil Steel Evacuation Drain - 20 Gallon Capacity, Red

Pressurized Used Oil Steel Evacuation Drain - 20 Gallon Capacity, Red

Features and Benefits:

  • The pressurized self-evacuation feature of the 3614 requires only shop air and a tire chuck to easily discharge fluids safely and cleanly
  • The 3614 includes a large-capacity (20 gallon/75 liter), heavy-gauge steel tank
  • Its portable upright configuration is commonly used for collecting fluids under lift-mounted vehicles
  • The 20-gallon welded steel tank supported by 4 in. heavy-duty swivel casters and 6 in. fixed-axle wheels for easy mobility

  • Lincoln Industrial 3614 Pressurized 20 Gallon Used Fluid Drain features a stable, low-profile tank design and a large 18 inch offset bowl with metal filter screen. For evacuation, the tank can be pressurized by connecting a standard shop air hose or by using a simple tire chuck. The height is easily adjustable by loosening and tightening a friction-style lock-ring, and a special telescoping tube design eliminates the need to extend the bowl during evacuation. The height can be adjusted from 45 in to 72 in. The package includes a sight gauge, fixed pressure relief valve, tank safety valve, 74-inch evacuation hose with nozzle and hose hanger built into the bowl. Compatible with motor oils, transmission fluids, and power steering fluids. Applications: General Maintenance Garages, Fast Oil Change Facilities, Fleet Maintenance, Equipment Repair Facilities.Pressurized (self-evacuating) used fluid collection equipment is common in many automotive service shops because the reservoirs can be evacuated quickly and cleanly without the need for external pumps or fluid transfer systems. When a reservoir is full, it's typically rolled to a bulk storage access point where compressed air is used to force the fluid out under pressure. All Lincoln self-evacuating models have a built-in regulator that reduces shop air pressure down to a safe level for evacuation as well as a backup safety valve to prevent over pressurization.
